Q. Do I have to send money on photo day?
A. No, we photograph all of our dance schools on a proof program. An order form for each child will be sent to the dance studio approximately one week following photo day.
Q. Can packages be split between poses / Can I substitute package contents?
A. Our packages are designed to offer you the best value and price as well as a quick turnaround time. To maintain efficiency, packages cannot be split between poses or have the contents modified. You may order more than one package to suit your individual portrait needs.
Q. The colour seems too light/dark on my proofs, can this be fixed?
A. Absolutely! Your proofs were printed using a laser printer and have not been colour corrected or printed on quality photo paper. All portraits ordered will be colour corrected and balanced during the printing process.
Q. When will I receive the finished portraits?
A. For most dance studios, your portraits will be delivered back to the studio for distribution prior to your dance recital, usually within 3-4 weeks. For those studios photographed later in the season, portraits are available at our studio for pick-up during the summer months. Please speak to your dance teacher or contact our studio to confirm delivery.
Q. What if I am missing something from my package?
A. Please contact our office, one of our representatives would be happy to assist you.
Q. I received my portraits but would like to order more, how do I do this?
A. Simply complete your order form with the new order information on it and send it to our office for processing.
Q. I have lost my proof order form; can I still order a package?
A. Yes, please contact our office for assistance.
Q. I missed the order deadline for ordering, is it too late?
A. No, simply follow the late order instructions on your order form. Complete the order information, and send it along with your payment to our office. Please add $10.00 special handling fee to the total of the order. Completed portraits will be mailed to your home address in approximately 4-6 weeks.
Q. I am a divorced parent; can I place my own order from my child's portrait?
A. Yes, at Picture This we understand that some kids have two houses! Please contact our office and we would be happy to help you.
Q. How long do you keep team photos on file?
A. We typically store digital images for several years. Simply follow the late order instructions on your order form to submit your order, or contact our studio for assistance.
