We want our customers to always be aware of any information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances if any we disclose it. We respect each customer's right to personal privacy. To that end, we collect and use information only as detailed in this privacy policy.
We require information from our customers on our order forms. We never sell or give away this information. We request that customers provide contact information such as name, telephone number and shipping address and possibly financial information such as credit card number and expiration date. No personal information will be made available to a third party except at outlined below. This information is used:
- For shipping and billing purposes;
- To fill customer's orders and to contact them should we require further information to fill their order;
- To provide school services such as images for yearbook and student record files. (Confidentiality agreements with school boards are in place);
- To process credit card transactions;
- To collect unpaid accounts (through a third party collection agency).
